What is your cancellation and return policy?

At Bao Cards, your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. 

After cancelling, you’ll have 14 days to return the product. Once we receive it in good condition, we’ll refund your full order amount. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, along with any included accessories. Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging.

To start a return, just email us at hello@baocards.com. We’ll refund your payment within 14 days of registering your return, provided the item has been received in good condition.

Note: If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund amount to cover any loss in value. So please handle everything with care and pack it securely for the return.

I have made a pre-order - When Do My Items Ship?

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

First, please check your spam or junk folder, it might have landed there by mistake. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us at hello@baocards.com and we’ll make sure your order is confirmed properly.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you have a physical store or offer in-person pick-up?

Bao Cards is an online-only store. We do not have a physical location, and all orders are shipped directly to you. We do not offer pick-up or in-person delivery.
