📦 Pre-Order FAQ
🕒 When will my items ship?
If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is available (as stated in the product description).
We do not split orders, so if you need in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
📅 Can pre-order dates change?
Yes, all pre-order dates are estimates provided by the distributor or manufacturer and may change due to shipping or production delays. We’ll update you by email if anything changes.
❌ Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, but if you cancel a pre-order before it ships, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps cover non-refundable transaction and admin costs.

🔒 Are pre-orders guaranteed?
Pre-orders are first come, first served and may close early once our stock limit is reached. We recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.
🚫 What happens if the supplier sends fewer items than expected?
In rare cases, if we receive fewer units than ordered, we will ship based on the order date. Any unfulfilled orders will be fully refunded.
