Refund Policy – Bao Cards

1. Returns and Refunds
At Bao Cards, we aim to provide quality Pokémon cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns. If something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email at Hello@Baocards.com, and we'll make it right.

2. Cancellations

  • To request a cancellation, email Hello@Baocards.com with the Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER #..."

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or damaged sealed Pokémon products.

  • Custom or special orders.

  • Digital items such as codes or online-exclusive products.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund based on availability.

5. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, email us at Hello@Baocards.com with your order details and reason for the return.

  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
